The Rebirth Magic
Chapter 1

Terra looked up at the sky, “Why General Leo, Why did you have to go and get
killed?!” Terra walked away from the cliff she was on and into a small house she had in
the town of Mobliz which was slowly being rebuilt by her friend and the children who
have now grown up.
Magic no longer existed, and the espers where gone, the world was still slowly
dying. With no hope for the future, people fell into a deep well of despair. Monster where
at a all time high and they where even attacking the villages, people had lost the will to
fight, those who depended on magic where lost.
“Locke come in here and give me a hand with this!” Locke walked into the semi
finished item shop to see Cyan fumbling with the cash register he was tangled in the
cords, “Didn’t those machinery for children books help you at all Cyan?!” Locke
untangled Cyan and set the cash register up himself. “Next time your on your own Cyan.”
Locke turned around and walked out the door way.
Sabin and Edgar where at the new town hall talking with Duane the new mayor of
Mobliz, and his wife Katrin there son only 6 was with them. “Well what should we do
next mayor?” Said Edgar “Well you should rebuild the inn and then we need some
houses.” “We’ll get right on it Duane” Sabin said enthusiastically.
Celes was in the old elders house with some of the younger children who where
too young to work. “Tell us a story Celes!” One of the children shouted “Well ok” Celes
said with a slime on her face “ Once upon a time there was a mystical land, a land sealed
off from ours a land of magic, where creatures called espers lived....” the children
listening intently when a noise distracted them, Setzer had flipped a coin into the air and
let it hit the ground “Celes I don’t think your telling the story right!” She laughed at him
and continued to tell the story to the children.
Gau was back on the veldt being chasing by a pack of monsters this was strange the
monsters always excepted him and now they have turned on him, he ran for the bridge
connecting Mobliz to the Veldt. Arriving at Mobliz he was greeted by Setzer who was
happily flipping the 2 headed coin. “WAAOOOO Gau in trouble OOWAA” Gau shouted
at Setzer.
Relm, and Strago hadn’t returned to Thamasa yet, instead they stayed in Mobliz
and helped to fend off monster that attacked the town with the help of Mog and Umaro,
Gogo hasn’t been seen since the destruction of Kefka’s Tower, and neither has Shadow.
“So many monsters Kupo” “Yes mog but lucky for us I have my paint brush”.
Terra was in her room lying down and she fell asleep “Terra... Terra... It’s coming
Terra, it’s coming back!” Terra woke up in a cold sweet and looked around the room.
She couldn’t believe it something was coming but what? She didn’t know it but she
would soon. Terra was in shock now she needed to know what IT was, she took some
type of potion and fell asleep. while dreaming she was told that magic is coming back
and that the world as they know it will be changed.
Celes woke Terra up, it was getting dark and Duane had called a town meeting,
Terra groggily stepped out of bed and went to the washroom and washed her face and
then when to the meeting.
“There is a big problem the monsters are getting worse, there not just attacking
towns not there killing people too” Duane said. Just them a monster breaks down the hall
door and it starts to chant a fire ball forms in its hands and the monster hurls it across the
room, without thinking Terra instinctively casts an ice spell to put out the fire, and it
worked.
“M M M M M MAGIC it can’t be magic no longer exists” A surprised Locke
yells, “Well it’s back can we use our magic now or are me powerless” says Edgar as he
cast a cure spell. “It worked we can use magic again lets go kick some monster ass!”
Says Sabin.
Terra, Celes, Edgar, Sabin, Relm, Strago, Setzer, Gau, Mog, Umaro, Cyan, and Locke run outside to battle only to see the monsters fleeing, a light forms over the sky completely covering it, the light started to move down covering the earth firmly and then it disappeared leaving the planet superimposed with another landscape.
Slowly the ghostly image became a solid one it placed land where there was water and towns where there wasn’t anything, everything seemed so advanced there could hardly believe their eyes. Everything had changed magic had returned and may new areas and caves came with it, land disappeared, and where covered by new land a greener land.
There was a Chocobo hitched to the fence by the town hall Terra unhitched it and climbed on, She seemed to know exactly where she was going, the city was a huge round circle, eight huge smoke stacks, all plant life around it was dead, but for some reason she was drawn here to this place. And in the middle of it was a huge tower, on it was a logo,
the logo read “SHINRA INC.”
